Yes! Every product is handmade with love, dedication, and patience. The only exception is our books, where the printing is outsourced — but the care and creativity behind each design is always ours.
Our Materials & Quality
All notepads and sticky notes are printed on premium 200 gsm card stock for a substantial, high-quality feel. Our bookmarks are crafted on gloss photographic paper with a durable vinyl backing, and finished with either an elegant tassel or a matching charm. Every book is printed on a silky matte finish paperback — smooth to the touch and beautiful to look at.
Can I request a custom design or personalisation?

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I return a digital product?
Unfortunately, no — digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "given back" once downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital items. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions prior to buying!
When will I get my order?
Because each product is made to order with care and dedication, please allow a little extra time for us to craft your item just for you. Once complete, your order will be dispatched via Australia Post as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience — good things take time, and we want your order to be just right! 💛
