Returns Policy

Digital Products All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable goods, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
