What format do your physical books come in?
Our physical books are perfect bound paperbacks with a silky matte finish. Sizes vary by collection, ranging from compact 4x6" micro record keepers to 8x11" journals. Full format details are listed on each individual product page.
How are digital products delivered after purchase?
Digital products are delivered instantly via a download link sent to your email address at the time of purchase. If you don't see it, check your junk folder. Still nothing? Reach out and we'll sort it out for you.
Can I purchase your journals in bulk or wholesale?
Yes. We welcome wholesale enquiries from independent retailers, gift shops, and neurodivergent friendly spaces. Get in touch via the contact form and we'll send through our wholesale information.
Are your books available on Amazon as well as your store?
Yes. Our full book catalogue is available on Amazon. Shopping directly through our Shopify store means more of your purchase goes directly to us, which we appreciate more than we can say.
What is your returns policy for physical products?
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Digital products are final sale. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Australia wide and to most international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the 1:1 coaching for?
The 1:1 coaching is for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and creatives who are building something real and need practical, personalised support to do it in a way that works for their brain. Whether you're stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone who gets it, this is for you.
How long is the discovery call?
Discovery calls are complimentary and run for approximately 20 minutes. Come as you are.
What are the investment options?
There are two ways to work together.
The ongoing coaching package is $750 per month and includes two 60 minute live calls per month over a minimum three month commitment. This is for the entrepreneur who wants consistent, personalised support as they build.
The single session intensive is $500 for a 90 minute one off call. This is for the person who needs a focused, practical conversation and a clear way forward.
What can I expect from working with Joelie?
Practical, honest, no fluff support from someone who has built multiple businesses, published 75+ books, and done it all as a neurodivergent entrepreneur. You won't get generic advice here. You'll get real conversation grounded in lived experience.
