The Market & Expo Hub

You've packed the car at 5am and forgotten the float. Again.

Not anymore.

One card for every market. One pack list that never forgets. One review that tells you which markets are actually worth it.

Built by a maker who does the expos too.

This is the Trello Command Centre Hub you will return to over and over and over again.

WHAT IT DOES

The Market and Expo Hub is a Trello board that holds your whole market life in one place.

Every event gets its own card. The date, the fee, the bump in time, the gate you’re meant to use. The organiser’s number. Whether there’s power.

It follows each market from “maybe” to “applied” to “confirmed” to “done.” Then it asks you the honest question: was it worth it?

By the end of the season, you’ll know. Not guess. Know.

WHAT’S INSIDE

✦ Your ready to use Trello board, one click to copy
✦ A Start Here list to walk you in gently
✦ An Event Card template with checklists for applying, confirming, the night before and bump out
✦ A Master Pack List, grouped so nothing hides: structure, display, selling, comfort and the fix it kit
✦ A review card for every event: takings, fees, best sellers, foot traffic, would I go back
✦ A Not Again list, so next year you remember why you said no
✦ A Library for your insurance certificate, supplier contacts and organiser details
✦ Colour coded labels that make sense at a glance
✦ Automation recipes for paid and free Trello plans
✦ A printable quick start guide

THE PACK LIST

This is the bit people love.

Marquee weights. Price tags. A charged card reader. Change for the float. Gaffer tape. Pegs. Sunscreen. Snacks, because 2pm hits hard.

Copy it onto every event card. Tick as you pack. Drive off knowing.

━━━━━━━━━━

WHO IT’S FOR

Makers. Crafters. Authors with a table of books. Small brands doing markets, fairs and expos.

Anyone whose brain holds forty things at once and drops one at the worst moment.

Especially that one.

━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT YOU NEED

✦ A Trello account. The free plan works.
✦ A computer for setup. Use it on your phone at the market.

━━━━━━━━━━

HOW YOU GET IT

This is a digital product. Nothing will be posted to you.

After purchase, you’ll download a PDF with your private link. Click it, copy the board into your Trello, and it’s yours to rename, recolour and make your own.

━━━━━━━━━━

THE GENTLE RULES

There’s no wrong way to use this.
An overflowing list is information, not failure.
Move cards backwards whenever you need to.
Celebrate the markets that worked.

━━━━━━━━━━

CONSIDER YOURSELF HUBBED

The Market and Expo Hub is one of three.

Get it with the Product Pipeline Hub and the Home Command Centre Hub for $55 AUD. Your business, your home, your markets. Sorted.

Already own the Command Centre? This hub sits right beside it.
