Yes! Every product is handmade with love, dedication, and patience. The only exception is our books, where the printing is outsourced — but the care and creativity behind each design is always ours.
Our Materials & Quality

All notepads and sticky notes are printed on premium 200 gsm card stock for a substantial, high-quality feel. Our bookmarks are crafted on gloss photographic paper with a durable vinyl backing, and finished with either an elegant tassel or a matching charm. Every book is printed on a silky matte finish paperback — smooth to the touch and beautiful to look at.
Can I request a custom design or personalisation?

Absolutely yes! We love collaborating on custom projects. Whether you have a specific design in mind or just a rough idea, we'd love to work with you to bring it to life. Get in touch with us to discuss your vision — we can't wait to create something special just for you! 💛
What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I return a digital product?

Unfortunately, no — digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "given back" once downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.
